What to bring
- An ID card or passport for every party to the transaction.
- Original documents, including copies and translations.
- For a company, an extract from the registry of entrepreneurs and non-commercial legal entities.
- For a real estate transaction, an extract from the public registry.
- A valid power of attorney if a representative signs on someone's behalf.
